Our Techniques

DTV

DTV is a printing method where the design is printed directly onto a vinyl support without the need for an intermediate transfer.

Image Quality

Colors remain vibrant and highly opaque. This method delivers excellent results for fine details and complex logos. The final look is clean and sharp, even with intricate designs.

Durability

Resistant to multiple washes, wear, and friction, with a lower risk of fading compared to some traditional printing methods.

Things to Keep in Mind

Cost-effective for custom or small-volume orders. Flexible for tailored projects. However, this technology is less suitable for highly stretchable fabrics.

DTF

DTF (Direct To Film) is a relatively new textile printing technique that involves printing a design onto a special film before transferring it onto a garment using heat and pressure. The design is printed on a transparent film with specialized inks. An adhesive powder is then applied to the ink, and the film is heated to cure the adhesive. Finally, the design is heat-pressed onto the garment.

Design Freedom

This technology offers exceptional creative freedom, making it perfect for detailed visuals, photographs, and gradients. Since it is compatible with a wide range of fabrics such as cotton and polyester, the final result is stunning. Unlike techniques such as screen printing, there are virtually no color limitations.

Key Takeaways

The finish has a slightly more “plastic-like” feel compared to screen printing. Large printed areas may also reduce the fabric’s breathability. Ideal for complex designs. DTF is a modern, versatile, and highly flexible solution for printing textile designs without limitations in color or complexity.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the most durable method for customizing your corporate apparel. Using premium equipment and high-end thread, every stitch is sewn directly into the fabric for a result that stands up to time and repeated washing. Ideal for work uniforms, polos, shirts, jackets, and custom accessories.

Durability

Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced embroidery specialists, your custom garments will proudly display your company logo for as long as you own them.

Multiple Textile Options

Embroidery can be applied to a wide variety of fabrics, from lightweight materials to thicker textiles. However, this method is less suitable for large graphics or highly intricate designs. In these cases, we recommend screen printing.

Patches

FORMA offers custom patch production services — a distinctive way to personalize your branded apparel with a removable and transferable element. A logo patch is created separately from the garment and then applied to it, typically by sewing, heat pressing, or Velcro attachment.

Types of Patches

Embroidered: the classic option, featuring texture and a premium look. Woven: thinner and ideal for intricate details. PVC: a modern, slightly raised, waterproof finish. Printed: perfect for colorful and highly detailed visuals. Faux Leather: a minimalist, upscale finish in natural tones such as brown, black, and beige, offering a more subtle and elegant style.

Screen Printing

Garment screen printing is a textile printing technique where ink is applied directly onto the fabric. For each color in the design, a screen is created. Ink is then pressed through the screen and deposited precisely onto the garment. The final step involves heating the garment to permanently cure the ink.

Large Format Graphics

If you want to reproduce a large illustration on the back of a hoodie or shirt, this is the ideal technique. It is perfectly suited for printing large-format visuals on a variety of materials.

For intricate designs or crisp finishes, this technique offers unmatched precision and quality. Our access to top-tier production facilities ensures results that meet the highest standards.
